Sustainability means a lot to us!

We care about our environment, sustainability is a key focus for our team.

Over the second half of 2024 and into 2025 Panthers has been working on the foundations and implementing a set of Sustainability Goals for the group, to help achieve these goals, a Sustainability Team will be established, which will lead our Organisation into the future, and set Panthers up as a leader in our industry.

We have already identified many areas of improvement, which will also include the recently introduced Carbon Reporting requirements. This will be major transition for Panthers and to reach our goals will take time and money and people power. Panthers will need to work through these plans over the next 4-5 years to ensure we implement a permanent change.

Panthers is committed to investing in the latest eco-friendly technology as part of our ongoing efforts to reduce our environmental impact and pave the way for a more sustainable future. Solar will also form a large part of our transition plans to reduce our carbon footprint.

We have changed most of the lights in all of our properties to LED fittings, saving significant energy usage. In our new WSCC carpark, we have gone a step further and installed the lights on motion sensors so they are only turned on as people or vehicles approach them.

We look forward to sharing our results over the coming years, as we journey down this path.
